Resilience

Definition: The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties and adapt to challenging circumstances.

Resilience is the ability to mentally and emotionally cope with adversity, trauma, or significant sources of stress. Rather than falling apart in the face of difficulty, resilient people find ways to adapt, recover, and often grow stronger.

Components of resilience:
